About our program
Building Character Through Shooting Sports
Palo Pinto 4-H Shooting Sports has been developing responsible, confident young shooters in our community for over two decades.
Our Story
The Palo Pinto County 4-H Shooting Sports program was founded with a simple mission: teach youth the safe, responsible, and ethical use of firearms while building the life skills that come with discipline and practice.
Over the years, our members have gone on to compete at state and national levels, earn college scholarships, and carry the values of 4-H — head, heart, hands, and health — into every area of their lives.
We welcome youth 3rd Grade to 18 years regardless of prior experience. Whether your child has never held a firearm or is already an experienced shooter, our certified coaches will meet them where they are.
What We Offer
